1. How do I schedule a meeting with a member of the City Commission?

You can request a meeting by either visiting the City Clerk's Office in-person at City Hall (210 Sams Avenue) or calling in at (386) 410-2630.

2. How do I request to be placed on the agenda to appear before the City Commissions to address an issue/concern?

You may visit the City Clerk’s Office at 210 Sams Avenue; fax a written request to (386) 424-2109; or just email the City Clerk. A written request outlining the topic you wish to discuss must be submitted to be made part of the public record. Please see the submittal deadline schedule here

3. Can I speak at a public meeting?

Yes, individuals may address the Commission under Public Participation; a three minute limitation is imposed.
