1.
How do I reserve a facility?
All rentals are first-come, first served. The Woman's Club and Coronado Civic Center require a $100 damage deposit, facility use agreement, and signed policy agreement to reserve your date.
2.
Do you have a calendar of events?
As many of the events are private rentals, we do not publish a regular calendar of events. There are on-going recreation programs that utilize the facilities, these can be viewed on the Leisure Services Programs page.
3.
Is there a damage / security deposit?
The Woman's Club & Coronado Civic Center require a refundable $100 damage deposit. It is deposited into the City's General Fund and will be returned to the payee via City check, usually within six (6) weeks following the event. Deductions may be made for damage, excessive cleaning, or time used beyond the contracted period.
4.
Can I choose my own vendors?
At both the Woman's Club and Coronado Civic Center, outside food and beverages are allowed. Alcohol is allowed with an additional $100 fee. All vendors are of your own choosing.

6.
How may I decorate?
Decorations are permitted within reason. Glitter and other confetti-like decorations are prohibited. Tape, tacks, nails, staples, etc... are not permitted to attach your decorations.
7.
Can I have a sparkler exit?
Sparklers are permitted outside of the Center for your exit. All sparklers must be properly disposed of, used sparklers must be discarded in a bucket of water or sand. Failure to dispose of sparklers properly may result in a loss of the damage deposit.
8.
What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Cash, Check, or Money Order. Please note we do not accept American Express.
9.
Can I have alcohol at my event?
An alcohol fee of $100 must be paid for any and all alcohol used in the building during the rental period. Payment of the fee does not provide the renter with a license to sell alcohol. If you are having a 'cash bar' your caterer/bartender must have a state issued liquor license.
