Franklin, was placed under arrest for resisting without violence, possession of
cocaine, and battery on a law enforcement officer. He was transported to the jail without
incident.

(North Beach Community Park). A 19 year
old male, Alexander Mulhall, was placed under arrest for possession of schedule
II narcotic, and drug paraphernalia. Also arrested was a 20 year old male,
Robert Rowley, who was placed under arrest carrying a concealed firearm without
a permit. Both were transported to the
jail without incident.
