SYNOPSIS:   Trespassers – 620 North Dixie Freeway (Marathon) – A male was issued a trespass warning at the request of management.

SYNOPSIS:  Information –North Dixie Freeway/Industrial Park Avenue – During a traffic stop an officer had contact with a sexual predator.  This report was completed to document the incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Warrant Arrest – 2500 block of State Road 44 – Mark E. Taylor, a 55 year old male was stopped for a traffic violation.  A computer check confirmed he had an open warrant for Failure to Appear in reference to Driving without a License.  He was arrested and transported to jail.

SYNOPSIS: Battery – 409 North Duss Street – A male advised a male domestically related him battered him. A search of the area was conducted and the suspect was not located. A charging affidavit was completed charging the suspect with Battery (Domestic).

SYNOPSIS:  Police Assist –6100 block of Ridgewood Avenue, Port Orange – K-9 Ofc. Eichhorn assisted Volusia County Sherriff’s Office in locating a fleeing person.  K-9 Ofc. Eichhorn apprehended the suspect, John K. Lawson a 40 year old male, and charged him with Resisting and Officer.  Volusia County Sherriff’s Office retained custody of the male.
