SYNOPSIS:  Misdemeanor Arrest – 518 Flagler Av. (Breaker’s) – An officer responded to a minor motor vehicle accident and found the at-fault driver to be intoxicated.  After an investigation, Charles Young, male, 60 years old, was placed under arrest for DUI, DUI with Property Damage and Refusal to Submit to a Lawful Test.  He was taken to the jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Mentally Ill Person – 1600 Block Enterprise Av. – Officers responded for a male who took sleeping pills in an attempt to harm himself.  After an investigation, the male was taken in to protective custody under Baker Act Criteria.  He was transported to Halifax Hospital without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Trespassers (Transients) – 162 N. Causeway (NSB Boat Ramps) – Officers made contact with four males loitering in the park.  They were all issued trespass warnings and left the area without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Trespassers (Transients) – 201 S. Riverside Dr. (Manatee Park) – Officers made contact with multiple people sleeping in their vehicles.  They were all issued trespass warnings and left the area without incident.
