SYNOPSIS:   Misdemeanor Arrest – 516 Mary Av. – Officers responded for a disturbance between a male and a female.  After an investigation, James Stone, male, 37 years old, was placed under arrest for Simple Battery.  He was taken to the jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Trespassers (Transient) – 162 N. Causeway (NSB Boat Ramps) – Officers made contact with two males and issued them trespass warnings.  It was later discovered that one of the males lied about his identity.  A charging affidavit was completed against John Fulop, male, 27 years old, for Providing a False Name.
