Riverside Drive.  The reporting person stated an unknown person has copied his temporary license plate and has ran several tolls, causing him to have several fines issued to him.  Report taken for documentation, due to the crime occurring in another jurisdiction.

SYNOPSIS:  Mentally Ill Person – 900 Block of E. 1^st Avenue.  Officers observed a juvenile making suicidal statements and wanting to harm others.  The juvenile was placed into protective custody (Baker Act), and transported to Halifax Behavioral Center without incident.
