SYNOPSIS:   Battery – 1608 S. Dixie Frwy. (Wendy’s) – The victim stated that she was battered by a known male yesterday.  After an investigation, charges were filed against Robert Lewis, male, 48 years old for Simple Battery.

Riverside Dr. – The reporting person stated that someone took his dinghy to a nearby island without his permission.  The vessel was recovered and no one was located on the small island.  A report was completed for documentation.

(Sea Vista) – Officers responded for a male who stole a firearm in Seminole County.  The male was located and taken into custody without incident.  Shane Barges, male, 33 years old, was placed under arrest for Possession of a Firearm and Ammunition by a convicted felon and Possession of Stolen Property.  He was later taken to VCBJ without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Battery – 431 Sheldon St. – The victim stated that she was struck and threatened by a known female.  After an investigation, charges were filed against Ciera Hankins, female, 32 years old, for Simple Battery and Threatening a Victim.

SYNOPSIS:  Misdemeanor Arrest – Lytle Av. / S. Orange St. – An officer conducted a traffic stop and discovered the driver was a Habitual Traffic Offender and under the influence of alcohol.  After an investigation, Raymond Brown, male, 47 years old, was placed under arrest for DUI, Driving on a Suspended License (Habitual) and Refusing to Submit to a Lawful Test.  He was taken to the jail without incident.
