SYNOPSIS:  Miscellaneous LE call – 550 N. Causeway (Buena Vista Park) – An accidental grill fire caused minor damage to the city dock.  This report was completed to document the damage.

SYNOPSIS:  Felony Arrest– 727 E 3rd Ave. (Beall’s) – A female stole items from the store and they wish to press charges.  A 64 year old female, Mary Ferrar, was arrested on Felony Shoplifting charges and transported to jail.

SYNOPSIS:  Battery – 840 W. 7th St. – Two neighbors got involved in a physical altercation and both wanted to pursue charges.  A charging affidavit was completed against both, Scott Owens a 41 year old male and James Muldoon a 46 year old male, for Battery.

SYNOPSIS:  Civil Complaint – 420 Baltimore Circle – During a repossession of a vehicle, there was a breach of peace between the homeowner and a repossession driver on the private property.  The driver left the vehicle and was allowed to exit the property upon police request.
