that he lost his cell phone sometime today.

An employee of the business asked to have a male trespassed from the property
for harassing customers. The male was
issued the trespass warning and left the area without incident.

SYNOPSIS: Mentally Ill Person – 400 Block S. Duss St. – Officers responded for a male that
was acting erratic and possibly under the influence of narcotics. The male fled from the residence prior to
