SYNOPSIS:   Shoplifting – 1998 SR 44 (Beall’s Outlet) – A loss prevention agent of the business advised a known female left without paying for items she concealed in her purse. The female left the scene before officers arrived and was not located. A Charging Affidavit was completed charging, Crystal L. Wilson, a 37 year old female with Retail Theft.

SYNOPSIS:  CarBreak – 2847 Turnbull Estates Dr. – A male reported his vehicle was entered by an unknown person and items were stolen from the vehicle.   The scene was processed for evidence and the investigation is on-going.

SYNOPSIS: Trespasser –626 N Dixie Freeway (Yummy Asian Noodle) – The owner of the restaurant called officers in reference to a disturbance with a former employee.  She requested that the former employee, Bin Ye Xiao, a 27 year old male be trespassed from the property. A trespass warning was issued and the male left in a taxi.

SYNOPSIS:  Suspicious Incident – 235 Canal St. (Corkscrew Restaurant) – A female reported that while her vehicle was parked at the business the hood was damaged.  The investigation revealed that the damage is not from an intentional act of vandalism, it is unknown what caused the damage that appears to be accidental.  This report was completed to document the incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Disturbance– 403 Bouchelle Dr. #207 – Officers responded to a report of a verbal disturbance.  Upon arrival, they made contact with two people who admitted to being involved in a verbal disturbance. The investigation confirmed it was only verbal and that the two people are domestically related. This report was completed to document the incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Misdemeanor Arrest – 837 Dougherty St. – A male reported that a female he resides with refused to allow him to leave the residence by physically stopping him. He further stated that she also battered him. Hannah D. May, a 23 year old female was arrested for Battery and False Imprisonment, she was later transported to jail.
