was identified, arrested for simple battery, and transported to the Volusia

on a person making suicidal statements.
After an investigation, the person was taken into protective custody

abandoned on the side of the road. The owner was contacted and a ten day notice

female reported a person known to her threatened to take his life. The person was located and after an investigation,

SYNOPSIS: City Ordinance Violation – 2113 Jungle Rd. – Officers
responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle. The investigation revealed that Michael
Garthwaite, male, 26 years old was in possession of cannabis under 20 grams. He
was issued a city ordinance violation and released from the scene.
