Causeway (Surf Lounge) – The victim stated that two males stole his bicycle and
left the area. An officer observed the
two suspects and was able to apprehend one of the males, while the other ran
away. After an investigation, James
Hudson, male, 24 years old, was placed under arrest for Theft and Loitering and
Prowling. He was transported to the Jail
