SYNOPSIS:  Felony Arrest – 200 Block of Flagler Av. W/M Kendall Medley (34) was taken into custody for resisting an officer without violence and battery on a law enforcement officer. W/F Chelsea Medley (32) was taken into custody for public consumption of an alcoholic beverage, carrying a concealed weapon, resisting an officer without violence and battery on a law enforcement officer. They were both transported to the Volusia County Branch Jail.

SYNOPSIS:  Found Property – 512 Flagler Ave. (Spring Hill Suites).  Members of the New Smyrna Beach Fire Department turned over a motorized skateboard that belonged to a patient that was transported to the hospital.   The skateboard was secured at the police department for safekeeping.
