SYNOPSIS: Retail Theft – 3155 SR 44. On 6/4/22, 57yoa male, Michael Zahn, was observed stealing items from the merchant. Investigating officers were able to contact Mr. Zahn, obtain a full confession and recovered the stolen property. The victim in this case still wanted to pursue charges. A charging affidavit was completed and forwarded to the SAO for review.
