SYNOPSIS: Battery (Domestic) – 431 Luna Bella Lane.  The victim advised she was struck in the face by a known male during an argument.   A complaint affidavit was completed on the male.

SYNOPSIS:  Assist Other Agency – 801 Taylor Road (Spruce Creek High School).  A report was taken to document K9 Officer Eichhorn assisting the Port Orange Police Department with tracking suspects from a burglary call.

SYNOPSIS:   Misdemeanor Arrest – 1900 Block of S.R. 44.   A 32 year old male, David McGalliard, was placed under arrest for driving with a suspended driver’s license, and providing false name to law enforcement.  He was transported to the jail without incident.
