SYNOPSIS: Intoxicated Person – 101 Buenos Aires Street (Flagler Parking Lot).  A male was observed extremely intoxicated, and unable to stand or take care of himself.   The male was placed into protective custody (Marchman Act), and transported to Advent Health by EVAC.
