SYNOPSIS: Information – 246 Industrial Park Avenue (New Smyrna Beach Police Department).   A report was taken to document the emptying of the prescription drug drop-off box located in the lobby of the police department.

SYNOPSIS: Disturbance – 100 N. Atlantic Avenue (7 Eleven).  A male and female were involved in an argument in the parking lot.  No violence occurred, and a report was taken for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Found Property – 540 Esther Street (Esther Street Park).  The reporting person advised they found a credit card left in one of the parking kiosk.   The officer was unable to locate the owner and the card was placed into evidence for safekeeping.

SYNOPSIS:  Traffic Crash – 701 N. Dixie Freeway (Blackbeard’s Inn).  Two vehicles, minor damage, no injuries, and no citations issued.

SYNOPSIS:  Traffic Crash (Hit and Run) – 2360 S.R. 44 (ABC Liquors).  Two vehicles, minor damage, no injuries, and the at-fault driver immediately left the scene without providing required information.  The investigation is ongoing.

SYNOPSIS:   Animal Complaint – 886 Matthews Avenue.  The reporting person advised they were bitten by a neighbor’s dog this morning.  The owner of the dog was not home, and report was taken and forwarded to Animal Control.
