SYNOPSIS: Traffic Crash (Hit and Run) – S. Dixie Freeway/Lytle Avenue.  Two vehicles, minor damage, no injuries, and the at-fault driver immediately left the scene.  The investigation is ongoing.

SYNOPSIS: Burglary (Vehicle) – 308 Palmetto Street.  The victim advised an unknown person entered his unsecured vehicle sometime during the night and stole several items.  The investigation is ongoing.

SYNOPSIS:  Felony Arrest – Palmetto Street/Smith Street.  A 23 year old male, Carlos Cooper, was placed under arrest for having an open warrant out of Saint Johns County for Grand Theft.  He was transported to the jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Traffic Crash – 800 Block of SR A1A.  Single vehicle struck a curb, minor damage, no injuries, and no citations issued.

SYNOPSIS:  Traffic Stop – 300 Block of the N. Causeway.  An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with a seize tag order on it.   The tag was seized and placed into evidence, and the vehicle was towed from the scene by rotation wrecker.  A report was taken for documentation.
