reporting person stated that a known male made suicidal statements to her. The male was located and after an
investigation, he was taken in to protective custody under Baker Act

SYNOPSIS: Misdemeanor Arrest – S.R. 44 / Eddie Rd. – An
officer conducted a traffic stop and made contact with an occupant who had an
active warrant for her arrest for Failing to Appear in Court. She was also found to be in possession of
cannabis and cannabis paraphernalia. The
warrant was confirmed and Ciara Place-Warren, female, 20 years old, was placed
under arrest. She was charged
accordingly and transported to VCBJ without incident.
