SYNOPSIS:  Traffic Crash – South Peninsula Avenue/East 3rd Avenue. Two vehicles involved, minor damage, no injuries, and one citation issued.

After an investigation, it was discovered that the male involved fled the scene before the arrival of officers. A complaint affidavit was completed charging 57 year old male, Kenneth V. Moore, with Domestic Battery.
