SYNOPSIS:  Information – 246 Industrial Park Av. – The reporting person stated that she believes a known person is taking money from her father’s bank account.  As it could not be confirmed if a crime has occurred a report was completed for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Misdemeanor Arrest – 235 Canal St. (Corkscrew) – Officers responded for a male who refused to pay for his meal.  The business did not wish to pursue criminal charges and asked for the male to be issued a trespass warning.  The male could not provide identification and refused to answer questions about his identity.  John Doe, male, unknown age, transient, was placed under arrest for Providing False Name to Law Enforcement.  He was taken to VCBJ without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Vehicle Accident – N. Dixie Frwy. / Industrial Park Av. – A single vehicle side swiped a telephone pole.  No injuries, minor damages.

SYNOPSIS:   Assist Agency – S.R. 44 / I-95 – Officers assisted the Daytona Beach Police Department as they were following a stolen vehicle on I-95.  The vehicle was stopped on S.R. 44 and all occupants were detained by Daytona Beach Officers.  A report was completed for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  City Ordinance Violation – 300 Block South Causeway – An officer conducted a traffic stop and upon searching the vehicle, he located a small amount of cannabis.  Randy Rylander, male, 25 years old, was issued a City Ordinance Violation for the contraband and released from the scene.
