TIME OCCURRED: 0853

SYNOPSIS:  Traffic Crash – 101 Buenos Aires Street (Flagler Avenue Park).  A single vehicle struck a pedestrian, no damage, moderate injuries, and no citations issued.

TIME OCCURRED: 0952

SYNOPSIS:  Information – 709 3rd Avenue (Publix).  While assisting the New Smyrna Beach Fire Department, officers located drug paraphernalia.  Officers were unable to determine who the paraphernalia belonged to and it was placed into evidence for destruction.

SYNOPSIS:  Traffic Crash – 3155 S.R. 44 (Walmart).  Two vehicles, moderate damage, no injuries, and one citation issued.

TIME OCCURRED: 1222

SYNOPSIS:  Intoxicated Person – 2355 S.R. 44 (Murphy Express).  Officers assisted the New Smyrna Beach Fire Department with an unconscious male.  The male was determined to be under the influence and unable to take care of himself.   The male was placed into protective custody (Marchman Act), and transported to Advent Health (New Smyrna) without incident.

TIME OCCURRED: 1310

SYNOPSIS:  Disturbance (Domestic) – 208 Desoto Drive.  A male and female were involved in a verbal argument.  No violence or threat of violence occurred and a report was taken for documentation.

TIME OCCURRED: 1344

SYNOPSIS:  Felony Arrest (Transient) – 709 3rd Avenue (Publix).  A 44 year old male, Christopher Morgan, was placed under arrest for battery (second offense), and trespass after warning.  He was later transported to the jail without incident.
