SYNOPSIS:  Traffic Stop – N. Dixie Freeway/Conrad Drive.  An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that had a seize tag order on it.   The vehicle’s tag was seized and placed into evidence at the police department and a report was taken for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:   Trespass Warning (Transient) – 765 3rd Avenue (Indian River Village Shopping Center).  A male was issued a trespass warning at the request of management.

SYNOPSIS:  City Ordinance Violation – 3363 Pegaso Avenue.  A vehicle was observed parked on the city right-of-way portion of a street with an expired tag.  A 10-day Notice was placed on the vehicle.  It will be checked later for compliance.

SYNOPSIS:  Vandalism – 2490 Sunset Drive (Rocco Park).  The reporting person advised an unknown person damaged the park’s bathrooms sometime during the night.  The investigation is ongoing.

SYNOPSIS:  Burglary (Business) – 485 Turnbull Bay Road (Trinity Lutheran Church).  The reporting person advised an unknown person entered the church sometime last week, and set off a fire extinguisher, causing damage to several items.

TIME OCCURRED: 1310

SYNOPSIS:  Aggravated Battery – 539 Washington Street.  The victim advised a known male approached him and struck him in the face with a handgun.   Officers searched the area, but were unable to locate the male.  A complaint affidavit was completed.
