St. – The victim stated that a known male stole her vehicle. Officers were able to locate the vehicle and
conducted a traffic stop. The driver of
the vehicle, Blair Rich, male, 28 years old, transient, was placed under arrest
for Grand Theft Auto. He was transported
to the Jail without incident.

businesses. After an investigation,

Loitering and Prowling. He was
transported to the Jail without incident.
