SYNOPSIS:   Juvenile Complaint – 1700 S. Dixie Frwy. (Circle-K) – An officer responded for a disturbance between two juveniles.  A crime did not occur and a report was completed for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Mentally Ill Person – 200 Block Ponce St. – Officers responded for a well-being check and discovered an elderly female in need of assistance.  After an investigation, the female in question was taken in to protective custody under Baker Act Criteria.  A continued investigation will be conducted to look in to exploitation concerns.

SYNOPSIS:  Misdemeanor Arrest – 1300 Block Canal St. – An officer observed a male drinking an open container of alcohol in a public area.  Louie Howard, male, 45 years old, transient, was placed under arrest for the observed violation and transported to the Jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:   Vehicle Burglary – 511 Aeolian Dr. – The victim stated that his video surveillance cameras captured a male attempting to gain entry in to his vehicle last night.  Entry was not made to the vehicle and no property was stolen.  Information was collected and a report was completed.  The investigation is ongoing.

SYNOPSIS:  Misdemeanor Arrest – 396 Flagler Av. (Flagler Pizza) – Officers responded for a male causing a disturbance at the business.  After an investigation, David Cornish, male, 30 years old, was placed under arrest for Simple Battery and Disorderly Conduct.  He was taken to VCBJ without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Domestic Disturbance – 1100 N. Dixie Frwy. #2 – An officer responded for a disturbance between a male and a female.  After an investigation, it was determined that a crime did not occur.  A report was completed for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Misdemeanor Arrest – Flagler Av. / Buenos Aires St. – Officers responded for a fight between a male and a female.  After an investigation, Angela Vergara, female, 37 years old, was placed under arrest for Simple Battery.  She was transported to the Jail without incident.
