SYNOPSIS:   Found Property – 700 N. Dixie Frwy. (7-11) – An iPad was located and turned over to an officer.  The owner of the iPad was located and the property was returned.  A report was completed for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Vehicle Accident – 440 N. Dixie Frwy. (Uncle Chicken) – Two vehicles, minor damages, no injuries.

SYNOPSIS:  Felony Arrest – 2569 Belmont Av. – An officer conducted a traffic stop and discovered the driver did not have a valid driver license.  He was also found to be illegally carrying a concealed firearm.  Alexander Rogers, male, 33 years old, was placed under arrest for Driving While License Suspended and Carrying a Concealed Firearm.  He was transported to VCBJ without incident.

SYNOPSIS:   Felony Arrest – 3205 Hill St. – The victim stated that an unknown male entered his residence and broke his surveillance cameras.  An officer was able to locate the suspect and detain him.  After an investigation, Christopher Morgan, male, 40 years old, was placed under arrest for Burglary.  He was transported to the Jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Residential Burglary – 17 Birdie Dr. – The victim stated that when she arrived home she observed her back door open, and an unknown male exiting her backyard.  The suspect could not be located.  A report was completed and the investigation is ongoing.

SYNOPSIS:  City Ordinance Violation – 504 N. Duss St. – An officer observed a vehicle that was parked in a drive way and not registered.  A 10 Day Notice was affixed to the vehicle and a report was completed.

SYNOPSIS:  Suspicious Incident – 820 E. 19th Av. – The reporting person stated that she heard the door to her residence close and believed someone was inside of her residence.  An investigation was conducted and no signs that a person entered the residence were discovered.  A report was completed for documentation.

(Bottoms Up Club) – Officers responded for an employee who was fired and refusing to leave the business.  The employee was issued a Trespass Warning and left the business without further incident.  A report was completed for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Mentally Ill Person – 2000 Block Dune Cir. – Officers responded for a female who attempted to harm herself.  After an investigation, the female was taken in to protective custody under Baker Act Criteria.  She was transported to Halifax Medical Center without incident.
