SYNOPSIS:   Information – 2495 Boat Ramp Dr (Swoope Boat Ramp). Damaged was discovered to the parking kiosk at this location. It is unknown whether the damage was intentional.

SYNOPSIS: Felony Arrest (warrant) – 2000 SR 44 (KFC). Juvenile was taken into custody for an active Volusia County warrant for home invasion with robbery. He was transported to the Department of Juvenile Justice.

SYNOPSIS: Suspicious Incident – 550 Greenlawn St. A gas meter was discovered damaged by what appeared to be a small fire. The New Smyrna Beach Fire Marshall responded and advised that it is unable to be determined if any intentional act took place. His investigation will continue.
