SYNOPSIS:  Recovered Missing Person – 3400 Block of Medici Boulevard.  Officers located a male that was reported missing by the Port Orange Police Department.  The male was returned to his family and a report was taken for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Traffic Crash – S. Riverside Drive/Lytle Avenue.  Two vehicles, minor damage, no injuries, and one citation issued.

SYNOPSIS:  Sex Offense – 1100 Block of N. Dixie Freeway.  The victim advised a known male coerced her into having non-consensual intercourse.  The investigation is ongoing.

SYNOPSIS:  Trespass Warning (Transients) – 162 N. Causeway (New Smyrna Boat Ramps).  Officers located a bag of narcotics next to two males that were sitting in the park.  Officers were unable to determine ownership, and the two males were issued trespass warnings.  The drugs were recovered and placed into evidence for disposal.

SYNOPSIS: Fraud – 1811 S.R. 44 (TD Bank).  The reporting person advised a check from Read Pattillo Elementary School was written to a known female and later cashed for a much larger amount than issued.   The investigation is ongoing.

SYNOPSIS:  Theft – Inter-Coastal Waterway 323.  The victim advised an unknown male stole his motor from his boat while it was anchored in the Inter-Coastal Waterway.  The victim later recovered his motor and was able to provide enough information for the officer to identify the male, and a complaint affidavit was completed.

SYNOPSIS:  Traffic Crash – 700 Block of Canal Street.  Two vehicles, minor damage, no injuries, and one citation issued.

SYNOPSIS:  Harrassing Phone Calls – 300 Boatyard Street (Outriggers).  The victim advised she has been receiving a large amount of text messages from several different numbers, and feels they are from the same person.  The victim was able to provide a suspect and the investigation is ongoing.
