SYNOPSIS:   Battery – 124 N. Riverside Dr. – The victim stated that an unknown male spit on her.  The male was identified, however the victim did not want to pursue criminal charges.  A report was completed for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Misdemeanor Arrest – 3300 Block N. Dixie Frwy. – An officer conducted a traffic stop and discovered the driver of the vehicle had driver licenses from two different states that have both been suspended.  Williard Murphey, male, 46 years old, was placed under arrest for Driving While License Suspended.  He was transported to the Jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Theft – 515 N. Dixie Frwy. (Gypsy Fresh) – The victim stated that a female employee has been stealing from the business.  Information was collected and a report was completed.  A continued investigation will be conducted before charges are filed.

SYNOPSIS:   Felony Arrest – 1090 Club House Blvd. – The victim stated that an unknown male threatened him with a firearm.  The suspect was located and after an investigation, Sean Baker, male, 26 years old, was placed under arrest for Aggravated Assault.  He was transported to the Jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Vandalism – 423 Quay Assisi – The victim stated that a vehicle drove in to his yard and caused damage to the lawn.  Information was collected and a report was completed.  The investigation is ongoing.

SYNOPSIS:  Suspicious Incident – 690 3rd. Av. (Beachside Tavern) – The reporting persons stated they were threatened by an unknown male.  They also advised that they did not want to pursue criminal charges and only wanted the incident documented.
