SYNOPSIS:  Traffic Crash – S.R. 44/I-95.  A single vehicle struck a street sign, minor damage, no injuries, and no citations issued.

SYNOPSIS:  Misdemeanor Arrest (Transients) – 162 N. Causeway (New Smyrna Boat Ramps).  A 65 year old female, Kathleen Mueller, and a 61 year old male, Fredrick Mueller, were both placed under arrest for trespass after warning.  Both were transported to the jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Found Property – Faulkner Street/Louise Avenue.  The reporting person advised he located the trailer lock and key near the intersection while walking.  The officer was unable to locate the owner and the lock and key was placed into evidence for safekeeping.

SYNOPSIS:  Animal Bite – 434 Quay Assisi.  A female was bitten by a dog while they were both on a sandbar located in the Inter-Coastal Waterway.  A report was taken for documentation and forwarded to Animal Control.

SYNOPSIS:  Dead Person – 1900 Block of Jungle Road.  A male was located inside a fenced retention pond area deceased.  Investigators were called to the scene and the investigation is ongoing.
