SYNOPSIS:  Felony Arrest – 2365 S.R. 44 (Dunkin Donuts).  A 40 year old female, Michelle Slayton, was placed under arrest for having an open warrant out of Volusia County for Fraud.  She was transported to the jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Theft – 423 Flagler Avenue #10 (Seahorse Inn).  The victim advised an unknown person stole her handgun sometime within the last few days.  The victim was able to provide a possible suspect and the investigation is ongoing.

SYNOPSIS:  Found Property – 1100 Block of N. Dixie Freeway.  The reporting person advised he located a purse near the roadway.  The officer was unable to locate the owner at this time and it was placed into evidence for safekeeping.

SYNOPSIS:  Found Property – 201 N. Riverside Drive (New Smyrna Beach Marina).  The reporting person advised he located a suitcase on a park bench in the area.  The officer was able to locate the owner and the suitcase was returned.

SYNOPSIS:  Lost Property – 608 Edwards Street. The reporting person advised she lost her license plate sometime between last night and this afternoon.  The reporting person could not advise if it was stolen or lost and a report was taken for documentation.
