Dixie Freeway.  A 38 year old male, Curtis Jeffrey, was placed under arrest for having an open warrant out of Brevard County for traffic offenses.  He was transported to the jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Disturbance (Domestic) – 700 N. Dixie Freeway (7-Eleven).  A male and female were involved in a verbal argument.  No violence or threat of violence occurred and a report was taken for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Misdemeanor Arrest – 160 N. Causeway (New Smyrna Boat Ramps).  A 41 year old male, Christopher Dillion, was placed under arrest for trespass after warning.  He was transported to the jail without incident.
