SYNOPSIS:   Warrant Arrest – Turnbull St. / Industrial Park Av. – An officer made contact with a male who had an active warrant for his arrest for Fraud.  The warrant was confirmed and Scott Kight, male, 42 years old, was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Felony Arrest – 2555 S.R. 44 (New Smyrna Chrysler) – Officers responded for a male who was attempting to purchase a vehicle using stolen identification.  After an investigation, Dustin Lemon, male, 39 years old, was placed under arrest for Providing a False Name to Law Enforcement, Forgery, Possession of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Possession of Identification and Violation of Probation.  He was transported to the Jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:   Domestic Disturbance – 109 Washington St. – Officers responded for a disturbance between a mother and daughter.  After an investigation, it was discovered that a crime did not occur.  A report was completed for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Misdemeanor Arrest – 109 Washington St. – Officers responded for another disturbance at this location.  After an investigation, Rebecca Griffis, female, 32 years old, was placed under arrest for Simple Battery.  She was transported to the Jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Mentally Ill Person – Cunningham Dr. – Officers responded for a woman who attempted to harm herself.  After an investigation, the woman was taken in to protective custody under Baker Act Criteria.  She was transported to Halifax Hospital without incident.
