SYNOPSIS:   Felony Arrest – 2532 Belmont Av. – The victim stated that she was battered by a known male early this morning.  After an investigation, Daniel Williams, male, 28 years old, was placed under arrest for Aggravated Battery, Battery by Strangulation and False Imprisonment.  He was transported to the Jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Animal Complaint – 501 10th St. #34 – An officer responded for a dog bite.  The person who was bit, did not want to have contact with the police.  Information was collected and a report was completed for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Trespassers – 193 N. Causeway (Merk’s) – The reporting person asked to have a trespass warning issued to a male who caused a disturbance in the business.  The male was issued the warning and left the scene without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Disturbance – 410 S. Duss St. – Officers responded for a disturbance between a male and a female.  After an investigation, it was discovered that a crime did not occur.  A report was completed for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Felony Arrest – 2500 Block S.R. 44 – An officer conducted a traffic stop and discovered the driver was on probation.  One of the conditions of the probation is that he cannot drive a vehicle.  Joseph Ferguson, male, 35 years old, was placed under arrest for Violation of Probation.  He was transported to the Jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Felony Arrest – 100 Block Flagler Av. – Officers responded for a minor vehicle accident.  The at-fault diver was determined to be under the influence of alcohol.  During the investigation, the at-fault driver shoved a woman to the ground.  Donna Fuller, female, 47 years old, was placed under arrest for Battery on a Person Over 65, DUI and DUI with Property Damage.  She was transported to the Jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Vehicle Burglary – 3181 S.R. 44 (McDonald’s) – The victim stated that fishing equipment was stolen from his trailered boat while he was eating inside the business.  Information was collected and a report was completed.  The investigation is ongoing.

SYNOPSIS:  Misdemeanor Arrest – Beacon St. / Riverview Pl. – Officers made contact with a suspicious male.  It was discovered that the male was trespassing and illegally harvesting Saw Palmetto Berries.  Albert Risen, male, 41 years old, was placed under arrest for Illegally Harvesting Saw Palmetto Berries.  He was transported to the Jail without incident.
