SYNOPSIS:  Battery – 200 Robert Street #21.  The victim advised he was struck by a known male, who immediately left the area when police were called.  The investigation is ongoing, due to inconsistencies in the victim’s statements.

The marijuana was placed into evidence at the police department for destruction. A report was taken for documentation.
