SYNOPSIS:  Trespass Warning (Transient) – 700 Sandpiper Avenue (Indian River Lagoon Park).  A male was issued a trespass warning after he was observed camping in the pavilion area.

SYNOPSIS:  Traffic Crash – N. Causeway/N. Riverside Drive.  A vehicle struck a guardrail, moderate damage, no injuries, and no citations issued.

SYNOPSIS:  City Ordinance Violation – 615 Dora Street.  Officers observed a vehicle parked in the front of the residence with an extremely expired license plate.  A ten day notice was placed on the vehicle for compliance.

SYNOPSIS:  Mentally Ill Person – 3000 Block of S.R. 44.  A female was observed acting erratically and attempting to get a ride to Brevard County.  Contact was made with family, who advised she is diagnosed with a mental illness and has not taken her medication in over a week.  The female was taken into protective custody (Baker Act) and transported to Stewart Marchman without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Battery – 837 E. 20th Avenue.  The victim advised she was struck by a known female during an argument.  The victim did not wish to pursue charges and a report was taken for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Traffic Crash – N. Causeway/Desoto Drive.  Two vehicles, moderate damage, no injuries, and one citation issued.
