SYNOPSIS:  Complaint Affidavit (Resisting without Violence/False Name to LEO) (Transient) – 1835 State Road 44 (Winn Dixie) – An officer conducted a subject stop for a bicycle violation.  The investigation resulted in a complaint affidavit being filed, charging Richard Nelson, male, 46yoa with Resisting without Violence and Providing a False name to LEO.  Report completed to document the incident.
