SYNOPSIS:  Mentally Ill Person – 400 Block of S. Duss Street.  A male was observed making suicidal statements and was placed into protective custody (Baker Act).  He was transported to Halifax Hospital without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Found Property – 101 Buenos Aires (Flagler Avenue Parking Lot).  The reporting person advised he located a set off keys in the parking lot.  The officer was unable to locate the owner and the keys were placed into evidence at the police department for safekeeping.

SYNOPSIS:  Intoxicated Person – 300 Block of Flagler Avenue.  A male was observed passed out and unable to take care of himself.  The male was unable to provide anyone to assist him, and he was taken into protective custody (Marchmen Act).  He was transported to Advent Health New Smyrna without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Traffic Crash – Conrad Drive/N. Dixie Freeway.  Two vehicles, minor damage, no injuries, and one citation issued.

SYNOPSIS:  Theft – 1111 Hill Street (Holiday Cove South Condo).  The victim advised an unknown person stole her bicycle from the condo’s bicycle rack sometime during the night.  The investigation is ongoing.

SYNOPSIS:  Mentally Ill Person – 100 Block of N. Orange Avenue.  A male was observed making suicidal statements and attempting to harm himself.  He was placed into protective custody (Baker Act), and transported to Halifax Hospital by EVAC.
