SYNOPSIS: Fraud – 3698 S. Atlantic Avenue (7-Eleven).  While investigating a separate incident, investigators discovered the male suspect had also made fraudulent charges on a credit card.  A complaint affidavit was completed on the male.

SYNOPSIS:  Trespass Warning – 1001 S. Dixie Freeway (New Smyrna Library).  A male was issued a trespass warning at the request of management.

SYNOPSIS:  Stolen Vehicle – 2510 N. Dixie Freeway (Enterprise Rent-A-Car).  The business reported a car stolen after the renter failed to return it, due to being incarcerated.  The vehicle was later located in Ormond Beach, and the investigation is ongoing.

SYNOPSIS:  Retail Theft – 1780 S.R. 44 (Wawa).  The reporting person advised an unknown male entered the store and stole several cases of beer.  Officers were unable to locate the male and the investigation is ongoing.

SYNOPSIS:  Retail Theft – 2600 Turnbull Estates Drive (The Preserve).  The reporting person advised an unknown male entered the business and stole a golf club.  The investigation is ongoing.

TIME OCCURRED:  1621   

SYNOPSIS:  Mentally Ill Person – 100 Block of Sweet Bay Avenue.  A male was observed acting erratically and refusing to take needed medication.  The male was placed into protective custody (Baker Act) and transported to Halifax Hospital without incident.
