SYNOPSIS:   Trespassers – 521 Flagler Av. (Wild Side Clothing) – The reporting person advised that a female in the business was acting suspicious.  Contact was made with the female and she was issued a Trespass Warning.  She left the area without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Mentally Ill Person – 1300 Block Palmetto St. – Officers responded for a male who was making statements about harming himself.  After an investigation, the male in question was taken in to protective custody under Baker Act Criteria.  He was transported to the Acceptance Commitment Therapy Facility without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Theft – 700 N. Dixie Frwy. (7-Eleven) – An officer responded for a male who stole food from the business.  A potential suspect was later identified and the investigation is ongoing.

SYNOPSIS:  Misdemeanor Arrest – 1571 S. Atlantic Av. #401 – Officers responded for a disturbance between a male and a female.  After an investigation, James Hunter, male, 26 years old, was placed under arrest for Simple Battery.  He was transported to the Jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Narcotics – 1900 Block S.R. 44 – An officer conducted a traffic and a search of the vehicle revealed cannabis paraphernalia.  Amanda Birchard, female, 31 years old, was issued a City Ordinance Violation for the contraband and released from the scene.

SYNOPSIS:  Felony Arrest – 414 Flagler Av. (Flagler Tavern) – Officers responded for a fight.  After an investigation, Nicolas Siciliano, male, 27 years old, was placed under arrest for Simple Battery.  They were both transported to the Jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Juvenile Complaint – 200 Block S. Riverside Dr. – An officer observed a suspicious male who ran from him.  The male was located and discovered to be a juvenile.  After an investigation, the juvenile was issued a Civil Citation for Loitering and Prowling then released to his mother.
