SYNOPSIS: Recovered Stolen Vehicle – 727 Canal Street (AK Food Mart).  Officers located an unoccupied suspicious vehicle near the business.  The vehicle was determined to have been stolen out of Daytona Beach and later towed from the scene by rotation wrecker.  Report taken for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Disturbance (Domestic) – 420 Baltimore Circle.  A male and female were involved in a verbal argument.  There was no violence or threat of violence, and a report was taken for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Information – S.R. 44/Corbin Park Road.  A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle with a reported stolen tag attached to it out of Orange County.  After further investigation, it was determined to have been a clerical error, and the tag was never stolen.  Report taken for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Disturbance (Domestic) – 501 10th Street #69.  A male and female were involved in a verbal argument.  There was no violence or threat of violence, and a report was taken for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Battery – 545 Julia Street.  The victim advised he was struck in the face by a known female during an argument.  The female left before officers arrived and a charging affidavit was completed on the female.

SYNOPSIS:  Intoxicated Person (Transient) – 3000 Block of S. Atlantic Avenue.  A male was observed extremely intoxicated to the point he was unable to walk.  Due to having no place to go and nobody to assist him, he was placed into protective custody (Marchman Act), and transported to Advent Health New Smyrna.
