SYNOPSIS: Misdemeanor Arrest – 160 N Causeway (New Smyrna Boat Ramps). W/F Danielle J Denlinger (39) was taken into custody for an active Volusia County warrant for failure to appear, criminal mischief. She was transported to the Volusia County Branch Jail with a $250 bond.

SYNOPSIS: Stolen Vehicle – 221 La Casa Dr. Victim advised that a known subject refused to return his vehicle after he revoked permission. The vehicle was entered into FCIC/NCIC as stolen. The vehicle was later recovered by Daytona Beach PD. After recovering the vehicle the victim no longer wished to pursue criminal charges.
