SYNOPSIS: Trespasser – 1001 S. Dixie Frwy. (New Smyrna Beach Regional Library) W/M (Transient) was issued a trespass warning from the library at the request of an employee after the male caused a disturbance.

SYNOPSIS: Battery – 2359 SR 44 (Home Depot). The victim was struck in the face by an unidentified male. The victim did not wish to pursue criminal charges at this time.

SYNOPSIS: Information – 2100 N Peninsula Ave. #113.  The victim originally advised that his golf cart had been stolen, but the investigation determined a local business had moved the golf cart by accident.  The golf cart was returned to the victim and the incident was determined to be non-criminal in nature.
