SYNOPSIS: Trespass Warning (Transient) – 207 Buenos Aires Street (Flagler Lot).  A male was observed sleeping in the bathroom and was issued a trespass warning.

SYNOPSIS:  Found Property – 512 S. Riverside Drive.  The reporting person advised he located several items in his front yard.  The officer was unable to locate the owner at this time, and the items were placed into evidence at the police department for safekeeping.  Report taken for documentation.

SYNOPSIS: Police Assist Other Agency (Transient) – 162 N. Causeway (New Smyrna Boat Ramps).  A male was observed having a medical emergency inside the public bathroom.  Officers arrived on scene and rendered medical assistance until the fire department arrived on scene.  Report taken for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Theft – 1990 S.R. 44 (Buddy’s).  The reporting person advised a known male has failed to pay for and return rented items from the business.  The business has made several attempts to notify the male, but have not been able to.  A complaint affidavit was completed on the male.

SYNOPSIS:  Suspicious Incident – 1015 10th Street (New Smyrna Beach High School).  The reporting person advised she received a text message from a known female, about causing damage to another student’s vehicle.  No crime was committed at this time, and report taken for documentation.
