SYNOPSIS: Misdemeanor Arrest –1802 Sugartree Circle – A 24 year old male, Benjamin Thomas Sherych, was arrested for Battery.  He was transported to jail.

SYNOPSIS: Disturbance State Road 44 and Glencoe Road – A male and female were involved in a physical altercation that was not domestic and neither wanted to pursue criminal charges.  This report was completed to document the incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Felony Arrest – 1315 Palmetto Street – A 40 year old transient female, Nicole Bautista Zamano, had an open warrant for Violation of Probation in reference to Possession of Amphetamines.  She was additionally charged with two misdemeanors: Criminal Mischief under $1000 and Providing a False Name to a Law Enforcement Officer.  She was arrested and transported to jail.

SYNOPSIS: Disturbance – 94 Heather Point Court – A male and female were involved in a verbal argument.  This report was completed to document the incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Agency Assist – 2455 Boat Ramp Drive – A Florida Wildlife Conservation Officer requested assistance in transporting a prisoner to jail.  The prisoner was transported by our department without incident.  This report was completed to document the involvement.

SYNOPSIS: Burglary – 2500 State Road 44 – Officers responded to a report of a business alarm.  When an officer arrived on scene he observed four people exit the building and flee.  EPD K-9 assisted with a track, however the individuals were not located. The property did not appear disturbed. The investigation is on-going.
