SYNOPSIS: Disturbance (Domestic) – 312 Rush Street.  A male and female were involved in a verbal altercation.  No violence or threat of violence occurred and a report was taken for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Misdemeanor Arrest – 401 Palmetto Street (Advent Health New Smyrna).  A 53 year old male, Dwayne Cook, was placed under arrest for trespass after warning.  He was transported to the jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Theft – 101 Buenos Aires Street (Flagler Avenue Park).  The victim advised an unknown person stole his license plate off of his vehicle while he was parked in the parking lot this morning.  The tag was entered into NCIC/FCIC as stolen and the investigation is ongoing.

SYNOPSIS:  Battery – 3155 S.R. 44 (Walmart).  The victim advised an unknown male intentionally struck her with his vehicle’s side view mirror while she was walking in the parking lot.  The male was identified and a complaint affidavit was completed on him for battery.
