been driving in the area slowly all day acting strange. Officers located the vehicle and observed the
driver was only covered by a towel. At
this time he committed no crime and a report was taken for documentation.

advised she has not seen or heard from the missing person in several
weeks. Officers conducted a search of

as missing. The investigation is
ongoing.
