SYNOPSIS: Battery – 414 Flagler Avenue (Flagler Tavern) – An unknown customer who was asked to leave the premise battered an employee. This report was completed to document the incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Shoplifting – 2355 State Road 44 – The clerk advised that two males stole beer from the store and left in a vehicle prior to police arrival. The vehicle was not located. The investigation is on-going.

SYNOPSIS: Trespasser – 2790 State Road 44 (abandoned business) – A transient male was located on the property resting.  He was issued a trespass warning with the authority of the property owner. He was released without incident.

SYNOPSIS: Police Assist – 800 Mary Avenue – A juvenile female listed missing from Volusia County Sherriff’s Office was recovered.  She made allegations of abuse that occurred in another jurisdiction.  The Department of Children and Families was contacted and the juvenile was transported to the Beach House at their request.  Report completed to document the incident.

SYNOPSIS: Complaint Affidavit – 117 Robert Road #B – A female reported that a juvenile known to her battered her. The juvenile resisted officer’s attempts to arrest him and fled the scene. A complaint affidavit was completed charging the male with Battery and Resisting an officer without violence.
