SYNOPSIS:   Found Property – 3701 S Atlantic Av (27th Avenue Park). Driver’s license was located in the parking lot. The owner could not be located or contacted. The property was submitted.

SYNOPSIS: Found Property – 500 3rd Avenue (Station 52). Wallet was located and provided to police. The owner was located and the wallet returned.

SYNOPSIS: Disturbance – 2606 Fairfax Av. Report of a disturbance between two neighbors in which the reporting claimed he was battered. It was unable to be determined if a crime had taken place.

SYNOPSIS: Sex Offense – Information was received from a mandatory reporter in reference to a possible sex offense involving two juveniles that occurred within the city limits. The investigation was turned over to the Criminal Investigations Division and is ongoing.

SYNOPSIS: Found Property – 709 3rd Av (Publix). Money was found and provided to police. An owner could not be located or contacted. The money was submitted for safekeeping.

SYNOPSIS: Recovered Stolen Vehicle – 1111 Canal St (Bishops). A vehicle stolen out of Port Orange was recovered, unoccupied. The vehicle was processed, the owner notified and it was removed from FCIC/NCIC.

SYNOPSIS: Battery – 2514 N Dixie Freeway. Victim advised that she was fondled by a known subject while he exposed himself over a week ago. Information was obtained and a charging affidavit forwarded to the State Attorney’s Office.
